Loss

When you avoid me
I now the time has come
For you to lose some
For me to lose all

I shall keep on waiting
Though I know
Time will never be on my side
But if you expect me to give up
Think over it for a while
May I never touch the moon
It will be in my heart forever

You could always desert me
As never had you accepted me
But can you deprive me of memories
I have treasured in my heart
May you reckon or not
Memories last a life time

Time sure is running out
And you might be delighted
But never will you understand
The deeper the wound is
The longer it takes to heal

You won’t be here forever
Neither would I be
You will forget me very soon
But the pain I will have
Will never let me forget you
So when the time will come
You will lose something
But I will have it all.
