Be with me

The listener

She closed her eyes, took a deep breath while constantly fighting with her inner turmoil
 It was okay she said to herself at least a thousand times
Her thoughts were shattered into bits and pieces and her mind was always in a state of haze
All this while she craved for that one person to listen to what she says

About this poem

This is my 1st try in writing a poem. So i hope you'll will ignore my silly mistakes. This poem is really close to my heart. Now during covid times ,most of us miss being with people we love and So i just wrote what I felt this morning.
