A Blessing

Paul Weaver 1964 (Virginia)

When she smiled it lit the room like the sun.
Looking into her eyes i knew she was the one.
I watched her moving as my heart pounding.
When she looked at me i felt blessed.
As our eyes met we knew it was right.
Moving closer to each other feelings strong.
As we touch we both knew our souls to be one.
As we kissed i was tingling up and down.
Now i feel great my life is fun.
Nothing i do now feels wrong.
Is this what they mean by seeing the light.
Being in love is truly being blessed.
Being in love is your second sight.
Now life is worth living day by day.
