Letter From The Incarcerated"

You may well remark: ‘‘Those boy deserve to be incarcerated.’’ ‘‘This generation is terrible.’’ These kids just don’t care.’’ You are quite on to something, describing the currents of Today. Indeed, this can be stopped with knowledge and love leading to prosperity. Knowledge from our elders is what’s ‘‘NEEDED”. Can we exclaim that some grandparents are early into their 40’s? One may have gone through a series of trouble and hardship, nevertheless their hair isn’t gray or white as snow. Instead  it’s a youthful color like mine and not wise as God’s. They still have much more life to live. What has come of this crisis? That the children are killing, no, “Babies” are killing and we sit back in shock and wonder, even confusion. Tensions in our communities rise. Mothers cry, babies die, yes, they die in the cold, crooked streets. And  they also lose their life. losing their lives to the “System”. Trapped behind cages and rotting at the core, slowly fading each day. Why don’t we stop this? History tends to repeat itself. The pandemics, dirty systems, racism, ruthless societies, poverty, destruction, tragedies, and yes death. I can go on and on. People see the demonstrations kids are doing out in society. But people are blind to reasoning concern that which of what brought upon the demonstrations the kids are doing. Let’s not shame parents. Just like the child, they were given into this world, they didn’t make it. We shame and blame what we were given. Alas. Can we be grateful that we have life? Can’t we stay abased? The mind is at first, a blank tablet. What we let into our mind dictates that which we are. Our thoughts, acts, and yes ways. We’re what we’re attracted to. The young mind is troubled. Desperately needing communication. But doesen’t know how to communicate. The sad part my friend, the young is struggling to figure life out and is confused, frustrated, angry, and manipulated. Tricked by people he/she call friends. Tricked into turning to the streets in search for love. Tricked into joining gangs for belonging...and yes, ‘‘LOVE”. Tricked by the images they see. The young holds evident negative core beliefs that triggers their mind to believe all sorts of garbage. When will we take the time to work with the young? Teach, love, and understand the young? ‘‘We attempt’’, , you say. ...”And it concludes in failure”. I tell you my dear friend, this EVIL can be stopped. And LOVE can be spread about like snow falling from the pretty sky. We need to Rise from bondage of the past, and show the young that the present is a gift, and the potential one has can be the change in the Future. We need to create something. The objective is to ‘‘STOP THE CYCLE’’. We let our precious colored children throw themselves into the jaws of the ‘‘CORRUPT SYSTEM’’.  And just like every system it has a mere meaning: It’s a certain way of doing things. And jail is nothing but a trap, a set up, and all in all a very profitable business. We Must Wait No longer! Our Young needs to be saved. If only they had the proper love. Not neglection of love. Or Rejection of it, but protection with that, that which keeps them out of trouble. But trouble finds everyone. Hopefully now you know that ‘‘WE NEED THE FUTURE ‘‘FREE’’ NOT  TRAPPED, CAGED, OR DEAD’’!
