Schrodinger's Cat

Sohan Banerjee 2005 (Kolkata)

Life is like Schrodinger's cat.
It’s both the outcomes
at the same time.
Because isn’t life just
another paradox we
don’t have an answer to?

The outcome you
wish to see is the
outcome you will,
provided you’ve taken
the right decisions.

So, like the cat being
both dead and alive
simultaneously, life
is beautiful and
messed up at
the same time.

It depends on how
you choose to see it,
and what you wish to achieve.

“The risks you take
give you something
good in return.”

Says the cat when alive.

You won’t understand what it says
when it’s dead, though,

for that’s a different language.

I like to believe that
it dodged the bottle of
poison and found its way
out of the box, breaking
through its walls,
walking with pride, as if
the whole world was inexistant.

Yeah, little fella.
I’ll tell Schrodinger
you made it.
