Echoes

Within my mind dwells the echoes of past mistakes. Each echo is the bearer of pain.
I'm lost.

As my heart pounds, my blood screams. As the stir of echoes in my mind push me to commit homicide upon my soul
I'm in danger.

I can't hold back the pain nor the anger.
I can't fight back the anxiety that has consumed my life. I'm afraid.

The echoes have begun to draw closer, louder.
They have tapped into my most feared painful memories. I scream.
It's too late.
The echoes have reached my soul.
It's more than my soul can bare.
I die.
