GOD AND ME
Its a proverbial , age old dilemma
an eternal all pervading question
in the minds and souls of all mankind
since the dawn of prehistoric times.
Who created the Universe
and not only the earth ?
Is HE the same God that
created life and us?
Is He that powerful and
an all consuming Creator?
Or is life and the infinite Universe , arbiter
of an accidental joke
and a by-product of a yoke?
Why is it always HE
Why not SHE?
Or even In-between!
Apologies if I have been obscene!
Is life on earth a chance in a trillion
of trillions of misadventures,
of chemicals and life giving properties
of the Sun and the Celestials?
You may call me an Atheist.
For I might well be that,
because I cannot apparet,
how can it be that there be a God,
for if there is a God who is That
that created God?
Can it be even infinitesimally possible
that there be a Creator
of the Creator that is God?
This is mind-bogglingly confusing for me
a mere mortal of a being
possibly created by mere chance
than by any grand design.
Is there a God,
who can tell me that ?
If there is an all powerful Lord
why all the calamities
why all the sufferings
why is life so eternally agonising ?
Can God not spare the innocents,
Can God not save the suicidals ?
Oh Lord, can you not return my daughter back,
back to where she belongs?
In the Bible it says Resurrection is .
If there be an all powerful God Almighty
can He reveal this by giving me back my Bonnie?
Calling upon God, who will console the bereaved,
that death is not the end of it all?
Is there a God?
Please , someone say ‘Yes’ to that!
Or perhaps God can give us a nod?
