Insatiable Soul

Sun Ray's were laughing
on the brest of water lake.
The trees on the bank
adorned them with yellow flowers.
I gazed and gazed, lost myself
as if I was dreaming.

The tree trunks were silhouetted
against the blue infinite.
The soft breeze carried
the familiar fragrance,
whispered in my ears,
"You were near, very near, my beloved".

I was sitting under a bower.
A dewdrop shaded on my palm.
I startled to find it,
your shading tear.
The breeze whispered in my ears,
"You were near, very near".

I was pain-stricken.
Tears were rolling down.
Suddenly my consciousness woke up,
reminded me about my forlorn progeny.
I left the place hastily
and didn't look back again.
