The Music Box

the weekend finds me out shooting ducks
in the underbrush behind a shrub is a shack
I kick the door in and therez a mystical box
sitting smack dab middle of a rotting rack
I landed a fat chance, I guess I'm in luck
a whip with the glock breaks the lock
shattering parts of it's wooden blocks
revealing an out of the world music box
I'm over the moon as I slowly wind it back
and like a charm it works like clockwork
the piano soulfully singing on the track
while the violin's sets off melodic sparks
every single musical note getting struck
these immortal classical composition rock
sonatas and concertos jam packed
Bach and Mozart playing back to back
all it lacks is Beethoven and he sucked
a bit less than the rest but still left his mark
I came here looking for ducks
but found a box that quacks
