Myrmidon
Against my will you took me
For how could I object you, a clerisy
After you overwork me I wipe my brow clean
I fail to fathom this type of slavery.
You order me around and insist,
I work for you and I do so faithfully
Because your attention is what I crave,
I have never wanted to be anyone's slave.
But for you there is some sort of exception,
For what we could have in the future,
I hope this is the inception.
You have me in a chokehold
But after I saw you, you had already taken my breath away.
Only for you do the butterflies in me emerge,
Master, here I am stuck in this cage,
Where you imprisoned me, you have the key,
you are the only one who can render me free;
I am unable to douse the fire that you set in me.
