Moon has always been so romanticed
High tide on full moon, later waves pacified

Moon in all its stages has been beautiful
So far and distant, so very  bountiful

The crescent moon, the half moon
Moon makes the bards and poets swoon

It's an epitome of romance and beauty
It is shining and with love in treaty

The moon behind the clouds is classic
It's so fair timeless, etheral and rustic

Everyday on the sky it runs and gallops
A reminiscent of childhood days, it elopes

It dances a Salsa on the waves of the sea
As if with only you it wants to be

As a child would see an old woman weave
On the Moon, spinning dreams and release

Trying to catch the big white snow ball
Wanted to hold it in the palm so small

It's all the more to yearn for
As you can just watch and no more!!
