THE NOT-MUCH MAN (Being a report from one palaeanthropologist to another)

The story of the Not-Much Man
Is a story that brings no joy,
The poor just call him, ‘Rudd the Dud.’
The Rich say, ‘Kev's our boy!’

The Not-Much Man is wondering
How he can fix the future,
But he’s happy to leave us dying now
That’s the brutal truth for sure.

The Not-Much Man just says,
‘Today is dead and gone,
‘It’s not my fault the poor won’t die out
‘Why must they keep living on?’

The Not-Much Man is cretinous
He’s such a hopeless case,
He’ll let the pensioners die of hunger
To feed the greedy Master Race.

The Not-Much Man is lying
About the state of Australia,
He isn’t man enough to admit
After six months he’s a failure.
