Ring Around the Blue

Ring Around the Blue

In every heart, there lies a rogue
Dangerous, and cold
A lion roars, in every soul
Desperate, to be bold
In every heart, I see a child
Innocent, and true
In every heart, a darker side
A ring around , the blue
In every heart, I see a king
With a scepter, and a ring
A prisoner, in a mask
Afraid, of everything
In my eyes,  the lions mild
Who wishes, to be wild
In your eyes, I see the king
Sitting with the child
Each deserves, a little light
This is known, of old
Each deserves, a little love
To illuminate, the gold
In every heart, a devil cries
Trapped in, his dark abode
In every heart, a diamond shines
The holy, shining road
Each deserves, a little love
This is known, of old
Each deserves, a little light
To illuminate, the gold
In every heart, I see a child
Innocent, and true
In every heart, a darker side
A ring around , the blue
