Deep Breaths

Deep breaths.
Inhale. Exhale.

When everything around you is falling apart,
just breathe.

When the darkness comes in and tries to swallow you whole, just breathe.

When crippling anxiety feels like it’s taking over, just breathe.

Deep breaths.
Inhale. Exhale.

Just because you close your eyes,
doesn’t mean the world disappears.

Open your eyes.
Open them wide.
Look around, you are the light leading the path.

Overcome your fears.
BE who YOU are,
Don’t let anyone dim your shine.
You got this.

Deep breaths.
Inhale. Exhale.
