WALKING AWAY
Walking away is a good strategy
in many walks of life we see.
Arguments don’t get you anywhere,
they only make your anger pile.
Walk away from them all square.
People who denigrate you
if they put you down much too
walk away from them
and see them through and through.
Walking away can help you not turn blue.
Those who lower your worth with deliberation.
Walk away from them,
because you can see their exploitation through.
Only you can know better your virtue.
Walking away at times can be good for you.
Thoughts that drain you
Walk away ,
walk away from them.
A negative replay button in your mind
can only bring you down,
walking away from that is a ploy sound.
Failures are the pillars of success.
But failures can cause fears
to cancel your desires.
Therefore walk away from your failures and fears
make them your stepping stones to walk further without tears.
Walk forward with hope and promise for your life dear.
Things that can poison your soul
can be varied from unknown source.
Know them and walk away,
keep your mind and body in sway,
and vanish all evils from harm’s way.
Walk away,
walk away from all perils, foray.
With purpose in mind
walk towards love ,peace, happiness
and to be kind,
walk with the goodness of your soul to blossom
that’s the richness of our lives sublime,
truth and beauty in the end intertwined .
Walking away doesn’t mean
we walk away from our responsibilities
walking away doesn’t mean
we shirk our duties.
We are good citizens,
we are caring persons
who look after one another
in good and bad times together,
in empathy and gratitude
we strive to be kind and kinder.
