An Australian Theme

at peace in the world of a colourful land
we'll walk as one with fellow man
we see our future, won't forget our past
true grit and faith is in our hearts.
with open shores and open arms,
blessed by God and worldly charm,
it awoke our hearts to understand,
our heritage was borne by many hands.
 onward bound for glory days,
our nation was shaped in many ways.
a spirit so strong forever more,
in a sun baked land on heavens door.
with open shores and open arms,
blessed by God and worldly charm,
it awoke our hearts to understand,
our heritage was borne by many hands
