One's Journey

The appearance of one's journey,
From the sidelines...
To look and seem easy.
By those who temporarily,
View this scene to leave and compare...
To others.
While snacking on chips, icecream...
Candy or whatever spares them,
The facing of reality.
And what it takes...
That requires discipline to participate in.
Will always be something done,
Someone says they can better do.

For whatever the reason,
People like this prefer to have it known...
Their main talent and skill,
Is to have acquired an expertise...
In critiquing professionally,
What it is someone could do much better.

'I'm glad you asked.
Normally I would keep my opinions,
To myself.
The flaws?
If they spent more time,
Improving upon what they do.
Instead of attempting to get,
More attention to have others perceive...
That which is witnessed to see,
Took so much thought and time.
When anyone blind can not ignore,
Every blemish and flaw.
Sitting as if a Boulder,
On top of a sand dune!
I might...
If to be asked,
Give my reluctant suggestions.'

From my point of view,
Not one TV camera.
News reporter.
Or adorning screaming fans,
Seem not too concerned...
About your opinion.'

'I don't intend to make my comments,
Come close to approach...
Tasteless envy or jealousy.
Or have you believe I think,
It is all about me. When it isn't!'

'I know.
And how dare someone like that,
Can attract others to believe...
What they see and close up is so,
Let's see...
What is that word?'

That's it.

I said 'suitable'.

'I couldn't think of the 'S'.
Thank you.'

'No other place would I rather be!
