Don’t Worry, Be Happy

DONT WORRY, BE HAPPY!

The dictum of life : ‘Don’t worry’!
because worries don’t bring the bacon home.
A little anxiety is okay alone
especially if the problem is significant
in your life a major event.
Because slight arousal can drive you better
than if you were placid for ever
which could result in less of a success
than if you were a little stressed.

But that doesn’t mean I should shout loud
‘Worry’ ‘ Worry’ ‘ Worry’
Otherwise I will have cause to be sorry!

Worries tell us something not quite right
that needs to be solved and taken out of sight
but don’t take this as an emergency
no gun against your temple, no insururgency
ponder over the problem thoughtfully
examine all available evidences objectively
often no solutions immediately
so put it on slow burner
to the back of your mind go with your gut instinct often solutions come in streams
while you’re asleep or in your dreams
Don’t  worry,
be happy.
