Tuxedo and Gown
Sour doughoughss, pastries, and brouce doughs, headlined the morning.
For the celebration of "Tommorrows( No Ordinary Yesterday) we wanted flavor and fused samplings. Beef , clams, trout, and turkeys, were romantically the marque features.
Spinach, garlic, goat cheese, butter, lemons and goeduck snouts( grounded) would be used to enhance the rich buttery pastries.
Strawberries and cream cheese pastries.
Banana and white chocolate pastries.
Thinly sliced new york strips with portabella in a savory herded, kitchen bouquet, and wine sauce. With garlic and onions. Topped a thin toasted english muffin, with a rosemary and garlicy rich bone marrow spread.
Baked goeduck clams in olive oil, butter , lime and garlic sauce.
Bok choy , cabbage and potatoes in a savory gelatainy chickenfeet broth with bits of bacon and ham.
Turkey breast, fried in lard, and baked in Brownsugar Mambo sauce.
A macaroni with roasted bell peppers, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, porchotto, cream, and goat cheese. With a hint of conagce, and Almonds.
Wines, music and celebration.
Custard cakes, almond merguines layered cakes, coffee and fruit flavored wine drinks.
