Free verse
I get this funny feeling
It comes from deep inside
I get all mad and angery

My doctor calls it depression
My family says its just me
But the thought and feeling
No one will ever be able to see

Some says I'm psycho
Some says I'm just weird
It's like I'm a different person

I want to commit sucide
Really bad then I get a
Headache followed by feeling
Sad, I wish I could get help

I wish it would go away
Maybe if I pray really had

About this poem

This poem is about people going through depression and self harm problems that no one understands them. I went though this 8 years ago. I am self harm free since May of 2013.
