A new found treasury

Two souls that traveled through this life
Intention did not see
So far apart it could be said
Ne'er one they ought to be

But in their sight a guiding light
A star they each did see
And so they walked each on their way
Towards their destiny

From foreign lands they trundled on
As busy as can be
Not thinking bout their starry guide
A distant memory

As time drew on along the way
Kissed once then twice did they
But on the third and final time
Eyes opened, they embraced

And now they wake each day with hope
A new found treasury
And as they grow and learn as one
Their hearts are full of glee

So on the road they move along
With faith and hope and love
This is not yet their final song
But starting just to be
