One fresh ham ( deboned and halfed)
1 pack of taco seasoning
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 lime juice
1 Tablespoon of liquid smoke
5 Tablespoons of onion powder
4 Tablespoons of garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of balsamic vinager

Marinade for 3-6 hours.
Remove marinade
Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees. Or until done.
In a sauce pan add
 6 Tablespoons of honey
5 tablespoons of marinade
1/2 cup of Mambo sauce
3 tablespoons of spiced rum
1/4 cup of coconut cream
Boil to a smooth sauce

1 cup of sour cream ( minus 2 T)
2 T of mayo
4 Tablespoons of dehydrated onions
1 teaspoon of salt free chicken bouillon.( Softened in 1 tablespoon of lime juice)
3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
2 T minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon of  cayenne
