One More Step

Some steps in life
Great steps of strife
We step unknowingly
And move blindly
Yet onward we move
And nothing to prove.

We are first but eggs
Embodied in two humans
Then we are brooded in a womb
It is nothing less of a tomb
Then we come in light
We are not used to light

Then we begin life so tough
Things become so rough
We ail, are well and work
Eating is ours with no turning back
Then real sickness arrive
Old age makes us not to move.

There is one more step to take
To the grave our bodies we bake
You might be full of pride
Or in riches you ride
Yet the grave be not a selector
You are headed to that sector.
