QUESTION EVERYTHING!

Phil Roberts 1957 (Melbourne)

Question everything; believe nothing
Unless you can see that it’s true,
Never let the mind controllers
Tell you how to think, how to act, what to do.

Question everything your teachers say
And never believe their claims,
Be proud of fighting political lies
And don’t let them try to pass the blame.

A thinker must question everything
Because non-thinkers are now in control,
So think for yourself and question it all
And don’t blindly believe what you’re told.

Always question the mind controllers
And don’t take as given their lies,
Remember to fight for the truth
And don’t let them take over your mind.

Question the words of all pollies
They just don’t know how to talk truth,
Never believe what they claim
Unless it’s something you already knew.

About this poem

In this day and age when politicians believe it is their right to lie to us "for our own good (!)", it is important to believe nothing you are told by authorities, without substantiating it elsewhere. Question everything!
