How do you recognize a saint?

How do you recognize a saint ?  Would you believe if they walked on water?  Would you believe if they changed water to wine?  Would you believe if they took a demon out of somebody?  The power to heal if you beleve the cancer is gone or that blood disease dissappered? What is so hard to belive only thing i ask is to not follow like sheep to test your belief to see if it is real to challenge make it your own no one can change and people think youre a saint. How do you recognize a saint or do you need gods stamp  of approval?
