i am
I am a product of my own environment, cheap and always available, like the vials scattered across the pavement, where kids laugh and play.
I am feared, respected, and those who wish to follow me will become my loyal disciples but society will call them addicts.
I am the false hope that everything will be okay, the broken dream of ...if you work hard you will achieve,I am the dream that your ancestors were enslaved under. I am the dream that many died for and will continue to die for.
I know no justice i know not whats fair, only what has been justified by my eyes and ears. my mouth yields many languages but i am still unheard.
many fought for who i am , many will die for who i am , and many will give themselves for who i am. who i am isnt important. what i am isnt real.
how great it is to be an american citizen, but how painful it is to be its accomplice in an never ending turmoil of its laws and injustice.
