Just A Cough

Somebody brewed fear in a lab
The brewed was a big jab
They named the Brew Corona
The world became the arena
So intoxicating was the Brew
The multitudes really had the screw
Not a disease; Corona I negate
Just another fundraiser, I relate
Corona is not terminal
Just a cough for the renal

From the rear comes fear
Apart our world is about to tear
Eyes are blotting with tears swollen
Corona spreads like pollen
The young and old are afraid
The rich and poor fear the raid
Yet Corona is not terminal
Just a cough for the renal.

Weigh down the fraction of death
It is quite small so to breathe
Survivors are in great a number
They have not in death to slumber
Why fear as if threatened by the devil
The world won't end with the evil
Yet Corona is not terminal
Just a cough for the renal
