Depression, of the emotion series 1 of 27

Depression is an epidemic virus spreading faster then any other, and it is VERY painful, and often very difficult to escape.

Depression,
 you tell me that I shouldn't talk to people, and I follow your rules.
Depression,
you tell me that I should barely touch food at dinner time, and I comply
 Depression,
You order me to try and self harm every night, when I think no one is around to find out.
And I do
Depression,
You order me to grab a knife and cut my wrists, and watch the sweet blood flow, and so I do,
 
and as I lie there dieing, I wonder why I ever followed your rules, and think to my self oh well, to late now… and I let the darkness swallow me whole…
