alive for her

I wonder if I’ll ever find a love so epic. Like the sun loves the grass. I wonder if they’ll grace me like how the wind brushes against the trees.  A gentle love. One meant for healing.
When I think of her, flowers come to mind. The big bursting kind but also the kind with those delicate layered petals.
When I look at her I see sunshine.
But I also see the opposite. I see a slice of the moon. A wisp of a cloud.
When her scent reaches me I’m graced by the freshness. As if she were just in a field picking the earth’s beauty. If that makes sense.
When I think of her I think of laughter.
I think of being hugged tightly with no small amount of love nor strength.
She is my world. Not only my world but the reason I was put into this world.
In fact, if she were to cease to exist, what would be the point?
For this world, I am alive for her.
