5 dozen boiled eggs
5 lbs.  Cheddar cheese
Homemade croutons
5 cucumbers
Green peppers
Onions
Garlic
Bacon
Catalina and ranch dressing

15 lbs. Of brisket
6 lbs. Beef hotdogs
Caramelized onions
30 lbs. Of beef and pork ribs
Two turkey breast
9 bags of chicken wings
14 lbs of ground beef
4 meatloaf's
15 lbs of  giant prawns
10 lobsters ( 20 halfed)
 20 Stuffed bell peppers ( Italian sausage)

Mashed potatoes
Scalloped potatoes
Mac and cheese
Sesame,garlic and broccoli
French fries
Canied sweet potatoes
Corn on the Cob

Vanilla icecream
Apple tarts
Peach tarts
Banana pudding with whipped cream and wafers ( almonds)
Pound cake
Coconut pie
Coconut cakes
Fruit salad
Spicy and honey coated nuts
