the beauty in the last breath

That moment when you feel all the piece in the world is the moment you realize you are leaving it. Sitting on my bathroom floor at 1 am was when I felt that piece. It felt almost as if the choice wasn’t mine. Like someone else had taken the wheel and I was just along for the ride. I stayed. But I feel earth so much more since I came so close to being the reason, I almost said goodbye to it.
