Blossoming to crumble

We flourish, we wither
As we fear the damage it brings
It tears our divine wings
It grabs a hold and makes us shiver

We pray it will guide us trough a calm river
As we build our empire and crown our kings
Filling our existence with beautiful somethings
Asking it to be a generous giver
It laughs, revealing it’s demonly face eventually
Putting his finger in front of it’s mouth
And whispers to you confidentially

You are headed to a place of drought
Where you can stop wondering about existentiallity
As back home the birds keep flocking south
