why must I go on now,
everything hurts on me
I just keep going down.

Can you please hold on
just a little while longer,
that's all it would take
to get a bit stronger.

For my God is with you
every day that goes by,
you just have to believe
He is always by your side.

This life is not over
until God says it's done,
so until we have it
we must enjoy and have fun.

Let us all remember
without God's grace,
we are all lost sheep
for in God we'll embrace.

For we as humans
we must surrender,
to hear His word
for He is our defender.

He is our physician
if we believe and have faith,
God will never let us fall
He'll give us His strength.
