Tough to watch parents grow old!!
Reality of life at times bites
Tough to watch aging parents plights
Once so strong parents become less agile
Their bodies become so fragile
The once tough taskmaster mellow down
They become weak and want you around
Irony of life which is so hard to digest
The heaviest weight on your chest
Once they were very independent
Now they have become very dependent
Remember them - strong in their youth
So weak- in old age is the truth
It's not at all acceptable
The harsh truth of life is unacceptable
Cherished memories of their youth
The only ones to be cherished is the truth
We understand it's the Law of the Nature
No suffering a request to the maker
Let God be kind to all the parents
He has given them as presents
