Your Testimony

M.J. Sehloka 1966 (Mooketsi)

Though rosy lips and voice your body clad
I regret the timing upon you, me and rest
That your untimely departure upon us rust
Within us the sting of misunderstood conception cleared
Till this part of me stagnant struck
And like an old scratched CD amid its strains struck

Would I hands , arms and arm to pester
In this tormenting time weary
With my grieving heart in strife wail
I would twist this time’s hands apart past
Till these eyes and ears of mine rich and reaches.
And there is your GOLGOTHA all round ridges

I will never forget this and that time
Era ha my stay in this sojourn
Your imprint your first emergence to my solace
Enticed sweet melody within my eyes timelessly
That sends my reveries some journey into the past
In search my authenticity attorned you the character long past

Though time and timing not us in making
Here wait and cajole I for your virgil
Mourning your prematurely disappearance between veils
But my hope and trust in you is an ocean in making
That your end and fate neither here nor there is abrupt
For your character says it with all abrogate

With our Master in watching
And the ghosts their devilish work in dark sort
Wherever in whatever you serve
I beg your caution that vibe and charm bewitching
With us many their heads milled
Till that cup readies for drink by meet
