Cloapes favorite



10 cups of raw white rice
4 cups of chopped asparagus
4 1/2 cups of shredded beef ( ribeye)
3 cups of minced onion
1/4 chopped garlic
2 cups of red bell pepper chopped
3/4 cups of shredded carrots
One cup olive oils
1 1/2 gallon of rich mixed vegetable and chicken stock

1/3 cup of hosien sauce
1/3 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinager
2 tablespoons of fish stock
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Cook to reduce. Once  removed add shredded beef and 5 tablespoons of
Shredded gingerroot. And asparagus.

In a large pot add oil. heat add rice
Brown evenly. Remove from heat.
In a skillet add oil garlic ,carrots ,onions, peppers,soften. Add to rice and cover with stock. Cook  Medium .
When the rice has softened, ( nearly done) add beef and asparagus cover and bake until rice has softened.

 Her kiss...
 7 cups Ginger ale
 2 cups Peach nectar
 2 cups Peach snapps
4 cups of beer
1 cup bourbon
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of cherry juice
