Dreary Heart
The darkness flows inside of me
Like a hot river of magma
The waves becoming to much pulling me under will it consume me this time or throw me back to the shore to entirely confuse me even more
When I breathe the darkness feels my lungs
As I struggle for air and you aren’t there
It all becomes too much to bare
My heart can’t take anymore
I’ll make sure the waves don’t take
Me back to shore
My breaths get shorter and shorter
My body can fight no more
The darkness takes over
I am consumed
And I have submitted to my doom
My heart aches and aches
It has taken all it can take.
