Those School days!!!

Can we for a day go back to school
Pen , pencil, bag, water bottle and rule

Getting wet in the rains, jumping in puddles
Talking with good friends in riddles

Playing pranks in the chemistry laboratory
Being boggled in the class of trigonometry

Feeling extremely sleepy during exams
Reading M&B and being in a trance

Triumphant and feeling like a crook
When reading comics hidden in a course book

Blue skirt, white shirt, tie was our uniform
Tying two plaits , ready actors to perform

Mugging up for the sake of tests
All of us trying to be the best.

 Always trying to find  reasons for giggling
 Watchful of Teachers, ready n signaling  

Maths, Science, History and Geography
Fun was learning the art of photography

Life was so simple, those were the days
Time flies so fast , there are no replays
