You remind me of a song

Dreaming of you in a strawberry field
Shouting to you from the rooftops below
The night we met you acted like my shield
You illuminate with the lights aglow

You’re going to be the one that saves me
You're on my mind as we lose track of time
Running in the shadows, I felt so free
I don't want to let go, we’re in our prime

We admired cityscapes turn to dust
Dancing in the fall when the leaves were brown
You were my angel till you broke my trust
What a shame that the landslide brought us down

Goodbyes are bittersweet, I’ll see you soon
And don't worry I still talk to the moon
