God's Love

There was a time,
where I was at my wits and didn't think I would make it.
The flesh made me sin,
dragging me down into a pit & tried to keep me silent.

But some how I was still your servant,
even when my life was consumed with so much anguish.
My enemies have set a trap for me,
and it feels like I've became a broken pottery.

You always come to my rescue,
cause the wicked one thinks of me as a menu.
I don't deserve such mercy, compared to you,
I fall short from your glory.

Do you know who I am talking about?
I am talking about the God Almighty.
The one who has a plan for each one of us,
So of course, in him we trust.

But sometimes we huff & puff when we don't get our way
Instead we should raise our hands & worship him, without a fuss.

His love for us is so strong that it inspires me to write songs. Cause whether we are sinners or feel unworthy...

We are all his servants and deserving of God's Love !

About this poem

This poem is about a time where I felt like I was always falling in a hole of darkness and I couldn't get out. But some how, with Gods help, I overcame this darkness by his love and ever since then I never looked back.
