Exercise Your Rights

It's easy enough to get lost
cold hearted reality, icy frost
forgetting our basic design
purposeful pursuits, feeling just fine
privacy lives corrected
public life softening and self expected
remembering outlook golden
inherent traits embolden
flex your muscles tighten
maintain your character heighten
best traits born, with pressuring eye's
we are certainly losing the prize
privileges rewarding behavior
rights equalizing, as our own savior
responsibility our own actions vs. reactions
limits our own responses by fractions
many rights, we are now numb
critically thinking, but dumb
solid construction after sublime
issues wayside, converting into timeline
