Neglected lumps
Neglected lumps
for 3 years I was given the go by
while you all neglected my cry
I was convinced I was absurd
when I was really unheard
you all made me feel crazy
for always feeling hazy
when my lump was there
I felt like no one had a care
as if MY MASS
were just another bypass
after getting diagnosed
I felt the weight on my shoulders arose
those lumps as big as trump
were finally taken to the dump
