Blindly Accepting It All

Past, present and future
neither here nor there
lost in a miserable world
all too filled with despair
couldn't find my way to Disneyland
even with the latest GPS
even if I found my way there
I'd end up leaving with less
things, are supposed to be simpler now
with all the latest gadgetry
it's all relative to time
am I getting more done expediently
aging with every passing minute
and not a minute to spare
some say jump out of an plane
that's not something that, I dare
try to put it all behind me
and run from yesterdays fight
what am I running from anyway
I should be running into the light
