Not about me

Suppressing thoughts, from within my mind,
to keep out the pain, from one of my kind

A young person in pain, that wants to die,
from those who bully, and not know why

Why is the world, so cruel and bent,
whatever happened, to Heaven sent

Its not about me, this time in life,
there must be a way, to remove her strife

Banished from her life, by jealousy and sin,
by the blood of Jesus, is the only way to win

Lessons to be learned, that tear out my heart,
feeling totally helpless, by being apart

While I sit and wait, for goodness to come,
she suffers in life, from the evil scum

My tears flow hard, at the thought of her pain,
I would rather be hit, by a runaway train

I will not live, if death comes her way,
my life will be forfeit, this truly I say
