"Libraries are Precious”

I walk into the room with books in hand,
Hoping to borrow a new hardcover,
The place is filled with books I understand,
There’s so many genres to discover.

A library is a magical place,
Where you can get books on any subject,
If you do not think that this is the case,
Then you have never been there, I suspect.

Libraries transport you to a new world,
There’s a plethora of stories to read,
Please guarantee that a book won’t be hurled,
When a character dies while they plead.

Libraries always make me feel at peace,
For I know that my worries will decrease.
