DARK ANGELS

Dark angels coming to Earth
Readying to slash and maim,
Tracking down the good to kill
Life will never be the same.

Ebon wings spreading far
Hook-like claws on wingtips,
Fearsome taloned feet
Razor-sharp beaks peck and rip.

Scattering crowds shrieking
Running far and wide in horror,
Unable to outrun dark angels
Inflicting on Earth great sorrow.

Dark angels determined to kill
Ripping, rending, tearing apart,
Talons slashing, beaks pecking
Tearing off limbs, devouring hearts.

Flying monstrosities
Sent up to Earth by Satan,
From the planet's molten core
Evil from before time began.

Ebony creatures that hover
Just beyond human sight,
Seeking movement far below
Swooping from the evil night.

Soon no life is remaining
And dark angels return at last,
To Satan's foul underworld
Humanity's time has now passed!
