Darkness

Darkness is a state of mind
You can feel it watching you
In the woods
Following you every move
With its own two eyes
Like it can see every move you make
Hear everything you say.
At night while you resting your
Weary head it sneaks
Into your room and tries to
Get you with his cold hands but it can’t.
You will not let it get you with its evil eyes and it’s evil touch
Your eyes are wide with fright
It tries with all his might to get in and take you into the woods
Finally you get out of your bed to run to your mom
But the Darkness grabs,
Ahold of your nightgown
Dragging you towards him, he know you are afraid.
He can see it in your eyes, your eyes lead to your soul, he can see your thoughts
