Temple Sacrifices

Preachers have captured attention
Enraptured souls locked into seats
Hanging on prayer and test results
Nuclear families in a fervent heat
All of the Prophets have spoken
Now they won't stop running their gums
Success is immortality
Everybody wants to get him some

We are the heroes of our time
God hath spake, Prophets declare it
Apostles' eyes gleam with a fire
Like cobalt when a fuse is lit
Salvation development system in place
We are confident if not cocky
Climb aboard, let's go deliver
The Gospel to Nagasaki

Science is God, Theory is Truth
Heathens must be vaccinated
Microwave frequencies set
Demons cast out, eviscerated

We stood in unison straight and proud
Every spud gun at the ready
Our grumbling grew louder as
The rumbling grew steady
Determined not to be deterred
We will not be unencumbered
Said one bowling pin to the others
We have the enemy outnumbered

But God will have His way, by god
His peace attained at any cost
Had we listened, we coulda been saved
Only mere multitudes are lost
Don't bother with your memorials
They'll never see the Light of day
We are nothing more than meat machines
Just masses of flesh in decay

Science is God, Theory is Truth
Heathens must be vaccinated
Sound cannon frequencies set
Demons cast out, eviscerated

Its sheep will know It by Its voice
Should you refuse, choose to avoid
The Voice of God that commands us
Crowd control will be employed
Never question Its authority
Or your daily ritual ablutions
We have created a magic bullet
A three percent final solution

Hello Auschwitz, goodbye Mama
I promise I'll do the best I can
Ride the cattle car, take that shower
Advance the Evolution of Man
Gonna move two trillion dollars
From your account into another
In the Holy Name of saving souls
Hello Babylon, goodbye Mother

Science is God, Theory is Truth
Heathens must be vaccinated
Televangelist frequencies set
Demons cast out, eviscerated

The people await Our test results
At the altar of our TVs pray
For the New Messiah to rise up
And take all of our fear away
Fear not, We and Our Father are One
Follow Us, be not deceived
I gotta tell ya, Dr. Seuss
Your religion's getting hard to believe

There's a lunatic without a mask
Send Him back into his grave
And roll the stone back over it
Even Jesus can't be saved
From this wicked lingering virus
Don't let Him out till He gets His shot
Our needles deliver salvation
Like spikes into a cross

Science is God, Theory is Truth
Heathens must be vaccinated
Televangelist frequencies set
Demons cast out, eviscerated
