Sunset

GIDRAF MWANGI 1992 (Murang'a)

A golden light,
Like gold.
A peeping eye,
Half closed.
A hot coal,
Half burnt.
A luminous bulb,
Half dissected.
A bright candle light,
With a hidden candle stick.
A shiny fiery ball,
Cupped on one side,
By the hazy horizon!
 
The setting sun!
