THE DEMON CHILDREN (III)
The demon children
Sleep in their coffins by day,
Then go out to play.

THE MAN-BOYS WHO NEVER DIE (II)
Evil warriors:
The man-boys who never die;
Nourished by fresh blood.

THE DEMON CHILDREN (II)
The demon children
Sleep in their coffins by day,
Then play in the night.

THE PLAGUE
Plague of evil fiends
Stalking through the moonlit streets,
Killing all they meet.

PLAINTIVE CRIES IN THE NIGHT
Plaintive cries at night
Trapped in a dark crypt,
As coffin lids lift up.

RED-RIMMED EYES PEER
Red-rimmed eyes peering
Through a bedroom window;
Wingbeats wake the sleeper.

THE REPRIMAND
A sharp reprimand:
Teeth touch a jugular, lick,
Nibble...Then sink deep.

RIVERS OF BLOOD
Long, stiletto-like claws
And needle-sharp fangs,
Produce rivers of blood.

SHADOWY FIGURES CREEP
Shadowy figures creep
Around the moonless night,
Evil soon to fall.

SHADOWY FIGURES CREEPING (I)(04/11/2010)
Shadowy figures
Creeping through a lonely room,
Where innocents sleep.

SKULKING LIKE A GHOST

In his crypt by daylight,
Fearing the sun’s warm rays.

Follow your every move;
Stalk you in the dark.

From his private eyrie,
Hungry for fresh blood.

SOMETHING EVIL (I)
Something evil waiting
Lurking in the shadows,
Watching your approach.

Spreading like a virus;
Attack the human race.

A STRANGE DIAGNOSIS

Lusting after fresh blood:
The vampire disease.

STRANGE ARCHAEOLOGY (II)
Grave robbers stumble
Across corpses that come alive,
Reaching out for them.

A STRANGE, HAUNTED PLACE
A strange, haunted place
Where gaunt-faced creatures feast,
On blood from human prey.

STRANGE SYMPTOMS
Bitten by a bat
Strange symptoms soon develop:
Craving after blood.

THE STREETS RUN RED WITH BLOOD
Streets run red with blood
When a vampire plague sweeps through,
Leaving few alive.

VEILED FACES IN THE NIGHT (I)
Veiled faces in the night
Fearful of the daylight, and
Of the sun’s bright rays.
